Thure Lindhardt is a Danish actor born in Copenhagen on 24 December 1974, who trained at the drama school at Odense Theatre. His breakthrough came with "A Place Nearby" (2000), and he has since built a career spanning Danish arthouse cinema, international blockbusters such as "Angels & Demons" and "Fast & Furious 6", and acclaimed TV series including "The Bridge". He has received multiple Robert and Bodil nominations, won the Robert Award for best supporting actor, and earned an Independent Spirit Award nomination for "Keep the Lights On" (2012).
