Trine Dyrholm (born 15 April 1972 in Odense) is a Danish actress, singer and songwriter widely regarded as the most decorated performer in Danish film history, with seven Bodil Awards and eleven Robert Awards to her name. She first came to national attention at 14 as lead singer of Trine & The Moonlighters, placing third in the 1987 Dansk Melodi Grand Prix with 'Danse i måneskin'. Her film career spans landmark Danish productions including 'Festen' (1998), 'A Royal Affair' (2012) and Thomas Vinterberg's 'The Commune' (2016), for which she won the Silver Bear for Best Actress at the Berlin International Film Festival - the first Danish woman to do so in a Danish film.
Trine Dyrholm announced in May 2026 a solo tour under the title 'Songs I Have Sung', which runs over 11 cities in spring 2027 and marks 40 years with music.
Trine Dyrholm and Søren Huss opened Heartland Festival's 10-year anniversary on the Greenfield stage in June 2026.
It was announced in September 2025 that Trine Dyrholm has the title role in the family drama 'The Guest', directed by debut director Mads Mengel, with cinema premiere in autumn 2026.
