TV-2 (stylized tv·2) is a pop rock band from Aarhus, formed in 1981 by Steffen Brandt, Hans Erik Lerchenfeld, Georg Olesen and Sven Gaul - the same four members who still perform together today. With more than 20 studio albums and over two million records sold in Denmark, they rank among the most commercially successful Danish bands of all time. Lead singer and principal songwriter Steffen Brandt is known for lyrics that combine satirical wit with poetic precision.
TV-2 returned to Orange Scene at Roskilde Festival for the first time in 25 years, and GAFFA noted after the concert that 'TV-2's songs were passed down at Roskilde'.
