In Flames - Special guest: Trivium + support: Paleface Swiss + opening support: Vola
Swedish melodic death metal pioneers In Flames headline K.B. Hallen with Trivium as special guest and Paleface Swiss and VOLA providing support.
VOLA are a Danish-Swedish progressive metal band from Copenhagen, founded in 2006 by guitarist and vocalist Asger Mygind. The current lineup - Mygind, keyboardist Martin Werner, bassist Nicolai Mogensen and Swedish drummer Adam Janzi - records for Mascot Records and has released four studio albums, most recently 'Friend of a Phantom' in 2024. Their sound weaves heavy guitars, electronic textures and melodic atmosphere into a style that sits at the intersection of prog-metal, djent and modern rock.
In December 2025, VOLA lost almost all their equipment when a warehouse at Nettolager, Copenhagen, burned down - the band created a GoFundMe and reached 90% of the goal.
VOLA carried out a North American tour in September 2025 in support of 'Friend of a Phantom', starting in Nashville on September 3 and ending in West Hollywood on September 28.
On November 1, 2024, VOLA released their fourth studio album 'Friend of a Phantom' via Mascot Records; the album charted in the Netherlands, Finland and Switzerland, among others.
In connection with the album release, VOLA toured Europe throughout November 2024.
