About the venue

Esrum Kloster is one of Denmark's oldest surviving medieval monasteries, founded by Cistercian monks in the 12th century. The adjacent Møllegård buildings house exhibitions on the monastery's history and the wider North Zealand region. The site hosts cultural events, concerts and educational programmes throughout the year.
