About the venue

Huset i Magstræde is one of Copenhagen's oldest cultural centres, founded in 1970 as an alternative venue for arts and grassroots culture. It houses the Grand Teatret cinema, live music stages, cafés and spaces for theatre and debate - long a hub for the city's independent scene.
