About the venue

Karup Bibliotek is part of Viborg Bibliotekerne and is housed in the town's old railway station building at Ved Banen. Since 2017 it shares the premises with the local history archive for the Karup area. Alongside book lending and a children's section, the library runs a drop-in IT help service (Netværkstedet) and a regular programme of book cafés, talks and children's events. Outside staffed hours, visitors can enter using their health card and a PIN.
