Walking Tour with Culture
Guided walking tour through Kongens Lyngby exploring the town's cultural heritage and notable sites.
Kulturstedet Lindegaarden is a four-winged farmstead from 1650 in Bondebyen, the oldest part of Kongens Lyngby. The yellow courtyard farm is the last complete farmstead remaining in Lyngby; in 2013 the foundation bought it from Lyngby-Taarbæk municipality for just 10 kroner. An exterior restoration funded by the A.P. Møller Foundation was completed in 2020. Run entirely by volunteers, the venue hosts concerts, Sunday matinees, lectures and debates, and its rooms can be hired for events of up to 150 people.
