Paletten on Hvidovregade 49 is Hvidovre Municipality's activity centre for residents aged 60 and over, pensioners and early retirees. Admission is free and the centre is user-driven, with weekday activities ranging from gymnastics and sewing to IT courses and photography. The municipal council has approved an expansion of the building to accommodate more community activities.
