Pandrup Bibliotek is one of four public libraries in Jammerbugt Municipality, built in 1990 next to the old town hall, now the citizens' service centre. It has a children's section with picture books and a youth corner, a reading room with newspapers, and a crime-fiction corner for adults. Free internet access and Wi-fi are available, and the library runs a regular programme of events for all ages.
