The session combines a sound bath with simple mindfulness techniques: focus on breathing, body and energy. Through tones, sounds and frequencies, the work addresses physical relaxation and mental calm - entirely without touch. The aim is physical rest, mental clarity and greater awareness of the effects of sound.
