Repair Café

Repair Café brings together volunteers who help you fix things you would otherwise throw away - a lamp with a broken cord, a kitchen appliance that has stopped working, clothes with holes. You don't need to sign up: just bring the item and drop by. If spare parts are needed, the volunteers will guide you. Help is free.

The café takes place on the third Saturday of each month (except during holidays) in the Scenen room at Hvidovre Main Library.

The aim is to challenge throwaway culture and focus on reuse and sustainability - while also giving locals a place to meet and share experiences.
