Sound bath and mindfulness session with Anne Viese on Østerbro, Thursdays in odd weeks from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Sessions are held on September 10th, October 8th, November 5th, and December 3rd.

No prior experience is required - simply show up and listen. Mats and cushions are provided in the room, so you only need to bring a blanket or two.

About the venue: Rytmikhuset

Rytmikhuset on Østerbro is a small teaching venue for rhythm, music and movement, run by Icelandic music educator Daggrós Thyri Ingudóttir. It offers classes for children from three months up to four years old, parent-and-child groups, and continuing education courses for childcare professionals. The 55 m² hall with wooden floors and a sound system can also be hired for courses, yoga, dance and similar activities.
