New Year's Eve 2026

Skovriderkroen's New Year's Eve features gastronomy, live music and dancing. The evening's highlight is ABBAtizers - a live show of ABBA hits running from 22:00 to 23:30. You can also buy a ticket for just the show and the party afterwards without dinner.

Evening Programme

17:00-18:30 - The King's New Year's Address, welcome cocktail and snacks
18:30 - Seating in the restaurant Kroen 1936
19:00-21:30 - 5-course New Year's dinner with wine or cocktail menu
22:00-23:30 - ABBAtizers New Year's show
24:00 - Toast and traditional kransekage
00:00-04:00 - DJ and New Year's party in the nightclub

New Year's Menu

Starter: Oysters three ways - classic with mignonette, Bloody Mary and citrus buttermilk.
Intermezzо: Bisque with fish and rouille.
Main course: Surf & Turf - beef tenderloin with Black Tiger shrimp, hasselback potatoes, seasonal vegetables and Madeira sauce.
Surprise course: A little surprise from the kitchen.
Dessert: Gateau Marcel with fresh berries.

Vegetarian menu: Tempura-fried puffball mushroom with three dips / Jerusalem artichoke cream soup with Jerusalem artichoke chips and green herb oil / salt-baked celeriac arranged as duck breast with chimichurri and celery cream / surprise course / Gateau Marcel with fresh berries.

Wine, champagne and cocktail menus will be announced later.

Packages including dinner are purchased via skovriderkroen.dk (find the event in the Event Calendar). Tickets for the ABBAtizers show and/or nightclub are purchased here.

- New Year's package including dinner, drink menu, ABBAtizers show and nightclub: 1,695 kr.
- New Year's package including dinner and drink menu (without show and nightclub): 1,495 kr.
- ABBAtizers show and nightclub (entry from 21:30): 495 kr.
- Nightclub (entry from 23:30): 245 kr.
- Add-on: open bar from show start - 500 kr.
