A weekend tantra course for couples who already have a tantric practice and wish to deepen it. The course is led by facilitator Peter Hjeds with practical coordination by Mette Hjeds.

Throughout the weekend, you will work with meditation, massage, touch exercises, breathing techniques, dialogue exercises, energy opening, energy circulation and presence exercises - all grounded in your shared practice at home. You participate as a couple, but it does not need to be an established relationship - what matters most is openness and a desire to go deep together.

Programme:
Day 1: Arrival 18:30-19:00, course starts 19:00, ends 21:00
Day 2: Exercises 9:00-16:30 with breaks at 10:30 and 16:00
Day 3: Exercises 9:00-13:00, departure 15:00

The course costs 5,000 kr. per couple. Accommodation is optional and costs 1,200 kr. per couple. The course takes place at Kongsø 2, 8654 Bryrup, in Søhøjlandet near Silkeborg.
