BIG BANG Art Show & ROXY JULES concert

BIG BANG Art Show & ROXY JULES concert: 4 December – 5 December 2026, Basement, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 50 kr.

On December 4, 2026, art and music meet in Basement. Artist Anders Brinch and musician ROXY JULES present an evening where 27 Danish contemporary artists each contribute works. The pieces are installed in Basement's raw spaces, forming a unified installation.

In the midst of the exhibition, ROXY JULES performs a concert. She is joined by violinist Andrea Rebekka Alsted from DR Symfoniorkestret, guitarist Manoj Ramdas (who has toured with Sort Sol and The Raveonettes and leads the band SPEkTR), and producer and musician Valentin Kruse, who has co-written and recorded most of ROXY JULES' songs.

The concert marks the release of the new song "Tomorrow", the first single from the upcoming ROXY JULES album. The track is an underground club banger, with beat and pulsing bass forming a dark undercurrent beneath noisy textures and her dreamy, intense vocals. The lyrics explore the idea that our skeletons are only borrowed, so we must dance, love, and live while the bones are still ours. The song will be performed live. The other purpose is to realize a long-held vision by Anders Brinch and ROXY JULES to create an arrangement where art and music interweave and challenge each other, as a living space without boundaries between the two.

Participating artists: Christian Lemmerz, Knud Odde, Silas Inoue, Rose Eken, Maria Torp, Zven Balslev, Peter Bonde, Claus Carstensen, Sian Kristoffersen, Troels Carlsen, Jon Stahn, Cathlin Madeleine Beeck, Rikke Benborg, Christian Finne, Melou Vanggaard, Christian Vind, Suzette Gemzøe, Anika Lori, Jenz Møller, Malwina Zmich Migacz, Julie Bitch, Simon Bukhave, Birgitte Mørk Winther, Jasper Sebastian Stürup, David Dellagi, JWA, Jeppe Kruse, Zhou Yilun, and Anders Brinch.
