On Sunday, 17 January 2027, 14:00-18:00, Cool Climate Wine Festival opens at Øksnehallen for 800 private visitors - normally the fair is reserved for wine professionals.

Around 180 wine producers from Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Austria, Luxembourg and Switzerland are present in person, so you can talk directly with them and taste their wines. In 2026, there were approximately 1,400 different wines available for tasting.

In the days around the festival, several local importers arrange independent tastings in Copenhagen and other cities.
