Brain Optimization

On Saturday, March 13, 2027, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., a course day on brain function takes place at Æbleblomst Gård, Kollerød Bygade 36, 3450 Allerød. The day combines scientifically grounded knowledge with time in nature and a visit to artist Lina Murel Jardorf's studio.

The programme covers practical and research-based knowledge about how diet, lifestyle, and supplements affect brain chemistry, focus, memory, and energy. You will also gain insight into neuroplasticity, brain aging, and the connection between inflammation and brain function - including which foods and supplements research points to as well-documented.

Between the lectures, there is an opportunity to take a walk in Moder Jord Park, where monumental bronze sculptures are placed among old trees, and to visit Lina Murel Jardorf's studio with bronze sculptures and nature-inspired paintings from nearly four decades of artistic work.

The course is held with a limited number of places and plenty of time for questions and dialogue.
