Tantra for Couples Version 3.0 - Advanced

Tantra for Couples - Version 3.0 is for couples who have previously attended one of the courses at Sanseligt Parforhold or have equivalent experience. The weekend builds on what you already know and deepens the work with presence, communication, intimacy, embodiment, and the interplay between you.

As in the other courses, you work exclusively with each other - no physical contact with other participants. All exercises are voluntary, a "no" is always respected, and there is no requirement for nudity. Safety, respect, and confidentiality in the group are central to the weekend.

The programme varies slightly from course to course depending on group size and needs. Overall, the weekend unfolds as follows:

Day 1: Arrival 18:30-19:00, course start with introduction and exercises from 19:00, closing at 21:00.
Day 2: Exercises 09:00-18:30 with breaks at 10:30, lunch break 13:00-14:00 and break at 16:00.
Day 3: Exercises 09:00-13:00, closing and farewell 13:00-15:00, departure at 15:00.

Fruit, snacks, coffee and tea are served during the weekend - other food and drinks are brought by participants. Accommodation can be added or omitted; there are two guest rooms available for rent. Price: 5,000 kr. per couple.
