A class for adults over 30 with no previous experience in Irish dancing.

Participants learn the fundamental traditional choreographies - first in soft shoes and later in hard step shoes. Rhythmic music is a natural part of the instruction.

About the venue: Spejlsalen - DGI Byen

Spejlsalen is a roughly 94 m² dance studio in the basement of DGI Byen, just a short walk from Copenhagen Central Station. The room is fitted with dance vinyl flooring, portable barres and a large mirror wall, and hosts classes in ballet, Irish dancing and other styles for all ages and levels. Changing rooms and toilets are available in the wider DGI Byen complex.
