Library Club Café Evenings - Kasper Lindquist: Getting Comfortable in a Digital Everyday

This lecture is for anyone who wants to feel more at home in the digital world. Starting from everyday concepts and platforms, it offers an accessible introduction to the internet's development, social media, online fraud, and artificial intelligence.

The presentation covers phenomena such as phishing, influencers, Facebook, TikTok, fake news, streaming, apps, AI, and emojis. There is plenty of time for questions, and the lecture is tailored to the participants so everyone can follow along regardless of their background.

Kasper Lindquist studied film and media science at the University of Copenhagen and has taught children, young people, and adults about digital media and contemporary culture since 2019.
