The IT Café is for anyone with questions about IT or problems with their computer, tablet, programs, or apps. You can also get help assessing suspicious emails and text messages, or have someone by your side while you try something new.

Drop in between 13:30 and 15:00. Remember to bring your own computer, smartphone, or tablet. Entry is free.

If you need help with MitID, the IT Café can only assist if you bring a valid passport and a newer phone that can scan it. Otherwise, you need to book an appointment at Citizen Services.
