Son de Valle Verde - Cuban son: Sunday 7 February 2027, 16:00, Kulturhuset Nødebo Kro, Fredensborg. Admission is free.

Fiesta de la Cosêcha - a Cuban harvest festival - sets the stage for Son de Valle Verde to play the music that has echoed through small Cuban villages for the past 90 years: swinging, danceable son.

About the venue: Kulturhuset Nødebo Kro

Kulturhuset Nødebo Kro is a volunteer-run community hall and cultural venue in the village of Nødebo. Local residents bought the disused inn in 1977 and converted it into a community house, which has been kept going by hundreds of volunteers ever since. The association Forsamlingshusets Venner puts on 30-40 concerts and talks each year, covering jazz, rock, folk, classical and world music, drawing audiences from across North Zealand. The programme includes Sunday afternoon concerts and Friday evening Mad & Musik events with dinner.
