Kalundborg Library celebrates 100 years since the first Winnie the Pooh story was published in Danish with a birthday party at the children's library. Bring a teddy bear along.

The programme features craft stations, activity games, and story readings - in Danish at 11:00 and in English at 11:30. Birthday cake and other treats will be served while supplies last.

The party is free and open from 10:00 to 12:30.

Kalundborg Bibliotek og Borgerservice is the main library of Kalundborg municipality, situated on Klostertorvet 2, with separate adult and children's sections as well as citizen services. The reading room offers newspapers and magazines, while the basement holds non-fiction, CDs, DVDs, sheet music and old local newspapers. A makerspace with 3D printers and rotating art exhibitions round out the facilities; the library is one of eight branches in the municipal network.
