Danish Rally Cats: Life on Two Wheels

Pia Steen Petersen and Ida Hansen - the two women behind Danish Rally Cats - give a lecture at Svebølle Kvik Bibliotek about life as motorcycle rally racers. Both have competed in some of the world's toughest rally races.

In 2019, they rode their first Intercontinental Rally: approximately 6,000 km from Spain to Senegal along the old Dakar routes. They repeated this in 2023, and most recently took part in a roadbook rally in Greece in April this year. They train enduro daily, compete in races, and teach off-road driving.

The lecture covers dramatic experiences, partnership, and challenges in African landscapes - and the passion for rally life. It is also aimed at those who have never sat on a motorcycle.

Price: 125 kr. (regular price) / 100 kr. for members of the Library Club. The ticket includes coffee, tea, and pastries. Tickets are not refunded after purchase unless the organizer cancels.
