Scythe Mowing in Melby at Lerbjerggård, Andelsgårde's First Farm in Melby

Help Andelsgårde swing the scythe and mow the meadow growth so it doesn't become overgrown and light and air return to insects and plants.

We have the tools, but bring your work gloves. Andelsgårde provides a light lunch and refreshments if you register in advance (see below).

We offer a lovely and pleasant day in nature with an introduction to scythe mowing. Children from 8 years old can also learn the technique. Everyone is welcome.

REMEMBER to check the website, http://halsnaes.dn.dk/arrangementer, for any changes to the event before you leave home. Registration for lunch is required with the number of participants so we can purchase the right amount of food.
