Time to go out and experience birds - for children and adults

This tour is for everyone, whether you're a keen birdwatcher or someone who can't tell a swan from a duck. There will be opportunities - especially for children - to make bird-related crafts: a wooden bird whistle that sounds like a bird, a paper flyer that can almost fly like a bird, and a paper bird folded in origami. On the way to the bird tower, we might collect feathers and down that we can identify and use to make cards.

Bring a thermos, lace up your boots, and join us for a pleasant morning in good company. Dress according to the weather.

You can borrow binoculars if you don't have your own.
