Hærvejens Nature Group - Givskud

Join nature guide Finn Lillethorup from Økolariet in Vejle for a day exploring what nature offers in September. The programme includes building birdhouses and insect hotels, making spiced schnapps from wild plants, tasting local honey, a guided walk, fermented cabbage tasting, cooking over a campfire, and a photo competition. Givskud Zoo volunteers will help with birdhouse construction, and the local hunting association will offer samples.
