Annual General Meeting DN Aabenraa

The annual general meeting follows this agenda:

1. Election of chair
2. Board report
3. Election of board members and alternates
4. Proposals from members
5. Any other business

Proposals to be voted on must be submitted no later than one week before the meeting.

If you are considering becoming active in the association, an alternate position is a good way to gain insight into board work. It is also possible to join DN Aabenraa as an active member without a board position - for example by contributing to individual activities or working on a nature or environmental issue you care about. Write to the association if this sounds interesting.
