Annual Meeting 2026 - Hørsholm Branch

The Hørsholm branch of Danmarks Naturfredningsforening (Danish Nature Conservation Association) holds its annual meeting 2026 in accordance with the organization's bylaws.

The meeting opens with a presentation on a current topic - the content is not yet finalized. This part is open to everyone, including non-members, and is expected to last about an hour.

Following this is the more formal part, where DN this year also invites non-members with an interest in nature to participate. As a new initiative, the association encourages interested parties to contribute to concrete nature conservation tasks in collaboration with the local board - such as litter collection or events for children.

The actual board election is reserved for DN members. The current board hopes to attract new people eager to work for nature locally and nationally. Interested parties can contact chairman Bo Madsen in advance for more information.

Agenda according to the bylaws:
1. Election of chair.
2. Board's annual report.
3. Election of board members and alternates.
4. Proposals from members.
5. Any other business.

Member proposals to be put to a vote must be submitted in writing to the branch chairman no later than one week before the meeting. Votes must be by ballot if a present member requests it.
