Bird watching tour at Søborg Lake

Søborg Lake is North Zealand's largest nature restoration project. After 230 years of drainage, the pumps were shut down on September 30, 2025. A year later, the meadows have been transformed into a lake and shallow wetlands. This will attract numerous waterfowl and birds of prey on migration or wintering.
