Annual Meeting of DN Solrød, Thursday 5 November 2026

DN Solrød holds its annual meeting on Thursday 5 November 2026 at Solrød Library. The meeting follows the standard agenda: election of chair, board's annual report, election of board members and alternates, member proposals, and any other business.

The local chapter has contributed to wetland restoration, coastal protection work, and wilder nature in the sea and municipal green spaces - and established the picnic area in Trylleskoven, the bird tower in Karlstrup-Karlslunde Mose, and installed nesting boxes for kestrels, owls, and small birds.

We are looking for volunteers who want to make a difference for Solrød's nature - whether through practical fieldwork, planning, communication on Facebook/Instagram, collaboration with the municipality, or project management. As a volunteer, you will have a say in concrete nature projects and the opportunity to shape Solrød in a greener direction.

Member proposals to be put to a vote must be submitted in writing to the chapter chair no later than one week before the annual meeting. Votes must be conducted in writing if a member present requests it.
