Lecture on the Expansion of Odense Harbour/Lindø and a New Shipping Channel

Three speakers present their perspectives on the possible expansion of Odense Harbour/Lindø and the construction of a new shipping channel, followed by debate.

Erik Kristensen is a professor of marine ecology at SDU with over 40 years of experience in seabed ecology. He has recently worked on eelgrass planting and the laying of sand and stone reefs in Odense Fjord to increase biodiversity.

Henrik Mørup-Petersen is a retired civil engineer with 50 years at Rambøll in Odense. He has worked on the Great Belt and Øresund connections and spent the last 20 years on wetland projects and nature restoration.

Magnus Gundersen Lihn is a nature advisor at the Danish Nature Conservation Association and handles expert input from the organization's secretariat regarding the possible harbour expansion, which the association views as a matter of principle and national importance.
