Nature's Day - Creepy-crawly Sunday in the Biodiversity Park in Varde
A wonderful creepy-crawly Sunday where you and your family can hunt for plants and insects in the Biodiversity Park in Varde, together with DN Varde.
We have nature activities for the whole family. Meet the cool wasp spider, or the lady's bedstraw that is the host plant for the beautiful common blue butterfly, one of our lovely small summer butterflies.
We will help you along the way and explore together with you:
- You can borrow magnifying glasses and trays and learn to identify insects and plants
- You can have fun doing nature bingo together
- You can collect wild seeds to take home to your own garden
- You can try painting with nature's colours
The Biodiversity Park is a place where children and young people can work with biodiversity, learn about species and develop a stronger connection to nature.
We look forward to exploring with you.
