Guido Paevatalu - A Glimpse into the World of Opera

Former royal opera singer Guido Paevatalu and pianist Leif Greibe from the Royal Opera House offer an entertaining look into the world of opera - sharing anecdotes and singing samples of famous arias.

Guido recounts stories from his life on and behind the stage: what it takes to learn a role, what happens when you step in for a sick colleague at an unfamiliar opera house, and how to handle delicate situations. He also talks about his opera company "guidOpera" and the association "Opera between Heaven and Sea", which tours throughout Denmark in the summer.
