Description was written before the event

A drawing journal is a way to capture everyday moments, moods and memories - and a path to deeper presence and mindfulness.

The workshop offers exercises and inspiration to get you started. Everyone can participate regardless of drawing skills, as the focus is on your personal style rather than perfect drawings. All materials are provided.

The workshop takes place in Pontoppidan's lounge, 2nd floor. Questions can be directed to Sanne Andersen.
