Be Yourself, Scaredy-Cat! (and Laugh While You're At It)

Anders Morgenthaler and Roald Bergmann deliver a personal and humorous lecture about daring to be yourself, drawing on their own mistakes, bright ideas, and honest reflections on identity, courage, and self-acceptance. The tone is intimate and the format is loose rather than prescriptive.

The two are the founders of DOPAMINKLUBBEN, Denmark's largest ADHD community, which includes a podcast and club with tens of thousands of followers on social media.

The lecture runs 75 minutes and takes place in the Cultural Centre's hall, Stemannsgade 2, Randers C. There will be an opportunity for questions afterwards. Inquiries about the lecture can be directed to Lena Koldsø.
