Seasons' Poetry: Summer — 1. Hovedbiblioteket, Randers

Pernille Thoustrup and Mai Kordelin Paulsen read poetry aloud during a midnight outdoor gathering. The exact location will be announced closer to the event - but it takes place in nature near Randers city centre.

This event is part of the series Seasons' Poetry, which follows the four seasons of the year with literature, nature and slowness under the open sky. The other events are: Seasons' Poetry: Autumn (24.09.2026), Seasons' Poetry: Winter (16.01.2027) and Seasons' Poetry: Spring (27.04.2027). Registration for each event is separate.

For participants aged 13 and up. Dress according to the weather.

About: Pernille Thoustrup

A librarian and literary mediator from Randers who takes poetry outdoors and serves on the jury for the annual Danish horror prize. She is one of the driving forces behind the Årstidernes Poesi series, running from autumn 2026 through summer 2027.
