Description was written before the event

Alive is an outdoor circus performance that uses aerial acrobatics to explore humanity's relationship with trees. The audience gathers beneath a tree with mirrors that reflect the branches above, creating a shared intimacy - both with the tree and with each other.

About the venue: Dynamo - Workspace for circus and performing art

DYNAMO opened in January 2017 in a converted grain warehouse at Odense Harbour and serves as a stage and workspace for contemporary circus and physical performing arts. Its 1,300 m² accommodate 15-20 national and international circus companies in residency each year, alongside guest performances, work-in-progress showings and masterclasses. The venue was founded by circus artists Gry Lambertsen and Rune Vadstrøm Andersen and hosts the annual DYNAMO Circus Festival.
