Bogmestrene Children's Book Club - Monday Club

Bogmestrene is Kolding Library's book club for children who want to meet other children to talk about books - whether you read a lot or a little. At each meeting, the group discusses books, recommends titles to each other, and plays book bingo and quizzes. The children's librarian always brings a stack of new books that participants can borrow before anyone else.

The club has three rules: it must be about books, there are NEVER homework assignments, and there are ALWAYS snacks. The children help decide what else happens.

The Monday Club meets once a month from 4-6 PM at the Children's Library. Autumn 2026 dates: Monday, August 24, September 28, October 26, November 23, and December 14.

There is room for 25 children. Ticket sales open Friday, August 14 at 3 PM, and the ticket is valid for all meetings from August through December. If sold out, you can join the waiting list - everyone on the list receives the same email and gets a spot on a first-come, first-served basis.
