BURN BABY BURN - A Dance Performance by WERK

In the dance performance BURN BABY BURN, we meet two people who turn their backs on the norms they have lived by and attempt to build a new world on their own terms. The question is whether one can truly free oneself from community - or whether we are more dependent on each other than we think.

The performance is a tragicomic and sensory exploration of the powerlessness many experience in a time marked by crises, conflicts, and information overload. WERK works with physical theatre, dance, text, and a live electronic soundscape.

The setting is the raw architecture and distinctive acoustics of Brønshøj Vandtårn, where light, shadows, and movement become part of the narrative.
