Bach's Musical Testament. A Drama on Faith and Reason

The Musical Offering is one of J.S. Bach's final works and is considered his musical testament. In this work, he demonstrates the possibilities of polyphonic compositional technique in what can be viewed as a final manifestation of the Baroque era's rule-based, Christian-founded worldview.
