Description was written before the event

On Friday, August 28, Dansk Jødisk Museum hosts a free workshop for art teachers with a focus on architecture.

The workshop includes a guided tour of the museum's distinctive sloped floors and a collaborative discussion about a new teaching programme for art classes that explores the encounter between students and museum spaces.

About the venue: Dansk Jødisk Museum

Dansk Jødisk Museum is housed in a wing of the old Royal Library on Slotsholmen and traces 400 years of Jewish life in Denmark. The interior was designed by architect Daniel Libeskind, whose deliberately disorienting spaces reflect the museum's themes of displacement and identity. A permanent exhibition covers daily life, religious traditions, and the rescue of Danish Jews to Sweden in 1943.
