Jordforbindelser Farm Event at Lerbjerggård

Jordforbindelser is a farm event at Lerbjerggård, Melbyvej 129 in Melby, running from 10:00 to 21:00. Lunch is served at 11:45 by chefs from Grønt Marked. The ticket costs 125 kr. and includes lunch and snacks. The evening meal requires a separate ticket, purchased on Andelsgaardes website.

The day features six workshops with 30 places each:

🌿 The potential of circularity with manager Nanna Thomsen

You can also draw the soil's microlife with landscape architect Simone Rasch Cymborski, watch the short film 'Errabonda' about Italian farmers' relationship with the land by visual anthropologist Emma Harris, listen to the soil's life through geophones, and participate in a closing conversation between the managers at Lerbjerggård, Hanne Gundersen, Vera Mosbæk Ipsen, Nickie Sigurdsson and Ulrikke Neergaard.

In the evening, the local string band Pulled Panda performs, chef Estelle Pierre cooks over a campfire, and there are farm games. Lerbjerggård is 3 minutes from Melby station - parking at the farm is limited.

The farm event is part of the Jordforbindelser project, a research collaboration between the association Andelsgaarde and anthropologists at Aalborg University, supported by VELUX FONDEN. The project explores our relationship with soil-dwelling species based on regenerative, interdisciplinary and aesthetic practices.
