Walk with Aage - Thursday

Health facilitator Aage invites you on a walking tour in Aalborg East. He walks daily himself because movement is good for him - and now he'd like some company.

The walks take place every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00. The meeting point is in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet, and afterwards there is free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of pace. The group adjusts both distance and speed to suit the participants who show up.
