Walk with Aage - Monday

Health facilitator Aage invites you on a walk in Aalborg East every Monday from 10:00 to 11:00. The meeting point is in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet.

The walks are open to everyone who wants to join others for a stroll. Pace and distance are adjusted to suit those who show up. Afterwards, there is free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

Aage also leads walks on Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 from the same meeting point.
