Walk with Aage - Thursday

Health facilitator Aage invites you to join weekly walking tours in Aalborg East. He walks every day for exercise and now wants some company.

The walks take place every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00. Meet in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet, and afterwards there is free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

Pace and distance are adjusted to suit those who show up, so everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level.
