Walk with Aage - Monday

Health facilitator Aage invites you on a walk in Aalborg East every Monday from 10:00 to 11:00. The meeting point is in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet.

Pace and route length are adjusted to suit everyone, so all can participate. Afterwards, there is free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

The walks are open to everyone who wants to move in good company. Aage also walks on Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00 from the same location.
