DIOS MIO! SALSA EVENING 5 takes place on Wednesday, August 26, 6:00 PM-10:00 PM at Vanløse Kulturstation, 1st floor, the Terrace. Entry is free, but you must get a free ticket on Eventbrite.

Doors open at 6:00 PM, and from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM there is a salsa intro for everyone - no experience or dance partner required. At 8:00 PM, Trio Eminente takes the stage with live salsa. The band consists of Henri Benitez (double bass and vocals), Lisandro Bienes (guitar and vocals) and Tony Moreaux (percussion and vocals). Between songs, a DJ keeps the programme going, with approximately 80% salsa and 20% bachata.

On the terrace, it is not recommended to dance in high heels, as there are small gaps between the floor tiles. If it rains, the event will be moved indoors to Kvansalen.

Kulturstationen Vanløse - formerly Vanløse Kulturhus - is the local cultural hub of the Vanløse district, combining a library and citizen services under one roof. The venue hosts concerts, theatre, children's culture and dance, with a large concert hall and workshop courses running throughout the season. A rooftop terrace and a café add to the offer, and Vanløse Station (metro and S-train) is right outside.
