Foraging Walk

Nature is full of edible plants just outside Assens town centre. On this foraging walk, we follow Assens Municipality's nature guide Christine Røllike around the area by Kulturkajen, where she tells us about the wild ingredients we encounter. There will also be time for a taste or two of something Christine has made from her finds.

Foraging books have become a genre of their own, and librarian Claus has selected a handful of titles, which he briefly presents with a focus on what makes them particularly useful.

The walk takes place at Kulturkajen and the surrounding area.
